There are small paths from all 3 states leading to this state tripoint MD-PA-WV along some high voltage power lines. This one was reached via a path along the high voltage power lines and Mason Dixon line from Brown Hill Road. Along with a monument for the 3 state tripoint, there is a smaller monument to commemorate the Mason Dixon line.

It starts to pan to the small path from Pennsylvania through the trees leading to the area, then the path from Maryland along the high voltage power lines leading to this area, follow by the Maryland / West Virginia state line, the path from West Virginia to the area, and back to the state tripoint monument and Mason Dixon line monument.
