What You’ll Need:
*1 head of lettuce (quartered)
*Blue cheese dressing (your choice)
*Gorgonzola crumbles (Italian blue cheese)
*Red onion
*Crispy bacon (fried and crumbled)
*Cherry or plum tomatoes (sliced)
*Fresh black pepper (to taste)

Optional toppings
*Hard-boiled eggs
*Shrimp

*Capers

How It’s Made:
