Today I am bringing you some cook + clean with me motivation! Join me while I try out a brand new recipe for a Sunday evening dinner with my family followed by a kitchen clean and reset.

PEPPERONI PIZZA LASAGNE ROLLUPS
Cook your lasagne noodles and lay them out, spread ricotta cheese and line with pepperonis. Roll them up and place in a glass baking dish greased and with a light layer of pasta or pizza sauce along the bottom. Cover with remaining sauce and top with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
