In the video, it is my first time wearing the shoes and I provide you feedback as I actually run in the shoes. The Gel Venture 6 is a neutral shoe for normal foot types. It has a rubber soul and gel near the rear of the foot. It has a removable sockliner and breathable mesh around the exterior of the shoe. The trail specific outsole allows for superior grip on a variety of different terrains. These weren't the lightest shoes I've ever had, however, they aren't the heaviest. They are medium weight to me.
