It dismantles your identity, your nervous system, and your sense of stability all at once. You’re raw, disoriented, and highly susceptible to attachment patterns you don’t yet recognize.
During that time, I entered a relationship that was intense, chaotic, and nonstop. From the moment we met, there was no space, no pause, no integration. The drama wasn’t accidental—it was the environment. And instead of grounding myself , I got pulled into managing emotions, fixing outcomes, and imagining futures that didn’t match reality. That’s on me.
I lost myself not because someone else controlled me, but because I stayed engaged in a dynamic that kept me dysregulated. I focused on how things could be instead of accepting what they were. I confused endurance with love and intensity with meaning. That cycle kept repeating because I kept participating in it.
After a Kundalini awakening, you become acutely aware of patterns. Once you see them, your body won’t let you keep playing the same role without consequence. This video isn’t about blame it's about recognizing when a dynamic is harmful, owning your part in it, and choosing to stop repeating what costs you your self.
