After returning to Crossroad Keep from Castle Never, we are greeted by the entire ensemble of characters we have collected so far. We inform them of our new missions, to reforge old alliances, find a way into the Meredelain without having our lives zapped, and discover how to defeat the shadow reavers. We then have an opportunity to speak to everyone in the keep and see if anything different has changed. Aldanon figures we can go into the middle of the mere via a portal, but he needs the infamous Tome of Iltkazar. We tell the tales of our travels to Guyven of the Road, and we find out how to summon Mephasm in the basement from Ammon Jerro. Finally, we meet Daeghun in the courtyard, who informs us that the druid circle has reappeared in an untouched part of the mere, and we need to take Elanee there to see if they can join our side.
