=Building A New Transom Replacement for my 12 Ft Aluminum Jon Boat=

This is the first video for the new jon boat to bass boat build I am doing. This video specifically, I work on the aluminum boat transom. I build a new transom for my 12 ft aluminum jon boat. In this episode I will be working on the used and abused rear transom. I will do my best in reshaping the aluminum transom, cutting and grinding off damaged material, and build from scratch wood a new transom to plug into the aluminum boat. I will show step by step how to build a new transom replacement part and all materials and tools needed to do so.

This is a continuing series documenting the build process of my new 12 ft jon boat project which will be a portable, trailerless, fishing boat.
