What Parts do I need to Build a Belt Conveyor

Thinking of building your own conveyor then this is a list of all the parts you will need.

1. The tool needed are a square, plyers, allen keys tape measure and square.

2. Aluminium profile cut to size

3. Feet or Caster wheels

4. Conveyor Belting

5. Metal bed cut to size to support the belt

6. Idler drum available in Kit form

7. Drive drum available in Kit form

8. Motor

9. Optional Inverter for variable speed and Start / Stop

10.Leg Plates

11. Angle Brackets

12. Nuts, Bolts & Washers

13. End Caps for Aluminium Profile
