Note: the Behemoth Tears only drop on the URGENT: Double Deadeyes quest, and only drops from the Behemoth boss that appears in the last wave, the Deadeye behemoths do not drop the tears.

Oracle's Sigil (if online, but any Sigil that doesn't replace your healing spell is good for this method)

Recommended Weapons/Abilities - First weapon should have Curative spell: Esuna, or Anti-Confusion. Holy shield was used in my case just to avoid dealing with Confuse, and Oracle's Sigil helps your allies avoid this as well. Second, use Knives, or Lances to burn the Havocfangs BEFORE attacking the Behemoth. Third, a Mace/Axe type weapon is most effective for breaking the horns, and the fourth weapon is up to you.

The actual method doesn't come into play until the Behemoth spawns near the end. Deadeyes can drop Behemoth Incisor, but not Tears, so deal with them, and Havocfangs however you want. When the Behemoth spawns, you'll want to kill the trash first, just for safety. Afterwards, use your Mace/Axe weapon, and jump attack THE HEAD. The Tears have a very low drop rate, so you'll be doing this A LOT.

Online, with Party Chat is easiest, because the AI is garbage.
