So I often get asked where do you get all your stock. Well now it is mostly other collectors downsizing or outright selling thier collections, unlike 10- 18 years ago when I just opened the store that doesn’t happen very often anymore. Back in the day I would get a decent collection once a month or so, and you could still find decent records at thrift stores and garage sales. Well back then I would pull all the more expensive stuff and sell it in the store and just put the other stuff into storage. Luckily for me, tastes have changed and some of that stuff that wasn’t worth putting out is stuff new collectors want when they are rebuilding their collections, or just starting out. Case in point, my last two copies of Tracey Chapman Debut album came out of boxes from the “Dungeon”. Back in the day thst record was not something that people asked me for so I just stuck it in storage. Now I cant keep it in stock. So I give you a quick peek down into the darkness and pull out a few boxes and see what we find.
