You also celebrated her success with all the love, when she finally cracked the Haryana state civil services examination (HCS) with All India Rank(AIR)-89 to become A-Class Naib-Tehsildar. Now enjoy her smiling more than ever in her training vlog at HIPA (Haryana Institute of Public Administration).The video shows the life of an officer trainee at the academy (HIPA) similar to that of IAS and IPS officers at LBSNAA and SVPNA respectively.
