This is the Hoarding Hero’s first run through the White-Gold Tower dungeon, queued as a random dungeon via the Activity Finder. Coming off a very smooth experience in Crypt of Hearts I, this one is still fun and atmospheric, but noticeably more fragile in execution.

White-Gold Tower leans heavily on scripted progression — doors, elevators, and phase transitions — and that design shows its age in a random group. We run into several moments where progression stalls, often leaving the group split across doors while the instance struggles to stay in sync. None of it ends the run, but it does change the rhythm: less sightseeing, more waiting for the dungeon to catch up.

Overall take: enjoyable, occasionally janky, and a good reminder that not all random dungeons are built with the same tolerance for speed and desync.
