Poland Work Permit /VFS Rejection/ഒരു പോളണ്ട് ജോബ് ഓഫർ കിട്ടിയാൽ എന്തൊക്കെ നമ്മൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം

Poland, officially the Republic of Poland, is a country in Central Europe. It is divided into 16 administrative provinces known as voivodeships. Poland has a population of over 38 million and is the fifth most populous member state of the European Union.
Poland Type D visa is also known as long stay or national visa. This visa is issued to individuals who wish to study, work or live in Poland. If you intend to stay in the Republic of Poland for more than 90 days, you must apply for a long-term visa.

Official Website : https://www.gov.pl/web/diplomacy/visas

A Type D visa is not the same as a residence permit. A long-term visa allows you to enter Poland for the purpose of work, study, family reunion, etc. After entering Poland, you must convert your long-term visa to a residence permit. Sometimes, you can get a residence permit at the same time as a long-term visa.

Do I need a visa to work in Poland?
Everyone who is not an EU/EEA or Swiss citizen needs a visa to work in Poland. If you are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and intend to work in Poland for more than three months, you only need to register your stay at a local registration office. Registering your stay is not a visa application process; This is a notification method to inform the Polish authorities that you wish to stay and work in Poland for a longer period of time.
