Описание к видео Athletic Pilates Reformer CARDIO Workout | ADVANCED + Reformer Box | 50 Min

Get ready for a fast paced athletic reformer class that will push your practice and your cardio to the next level. We'll alternate between sets of advanced exercises on the reformer, and sets of body weight cardio work using your reformer box on the ground. Then we will finish off with some single leg feet in straps for a cool down & stretch.

This entire class can be performed on 1 Red full tension spring unless you need something different for a particular exercise, then please feel free to adjust as needed. So I hope you'll give it a try and let me know how you liked it in the comments below, happy exercising!
