True to the title, I'm already making some questionable narrative choices, and I have a feeling the Z-Team is going to suffer for it! In this first episode, we meet the wonderfully dysfunctional team, learn how to run the dispatching desk, and make my first few high-stakes decisions. This is where the story begins... and the office drama is already intense!
