To begin this challenge, equip the Whisper of the Worm to unlock the secret location leading to the portal. Unfortunately, due to a current bug, it's impossible to complete this flawlessly—you'll need to intentionally wipe during the first boss fight to avoid getting soft-locked. Despite this issue, I hope you enjoy the video and find it helpful in completing this Triumph.
