This video: Broccoli Carrot Cheese Soup | Instant Ace Plus Blender| | Making It is a twist on the traditional Broccoli Cheese Soup because I added carrot to it and it's made in the Instant Ace Plus Blender on Soup 1 setting. The broccoli and cheddar soup was a little thin so I might alter the recipe next time with less liquid and more broccoli.

What I did:
PUT IN THE INSTANT BLENDER:
12 to 16 ounces of Broccoli Florets (I used frozen)
Diced 10 Small Carrots
2 Cups of Chicken Broth (could have used Vegetable broth as well)
Salt to taste

SOUP 1 at 13 minutes (although next time might do 15 minutes)

Once time ends, pull out a few broccoli & carrots.
Add in heavy whipping cream
Add in Pepper to taste

Pulse on 5 to 7 for 30 seconds.

Again, this particular recipe for the broccoli and cheddar soup was on the thinner side so might need to tweak a few things, but it was quite tasty according to the the taste tester.
