The glitch happens when you beat SpongeBob's Brain and then go to the first robo SpongeBob fight without beating it first. this causes the two cutscenes overlap one another.

You can regain control of spongebob if you let the first cutscene end (credit to Kaons for this discovery/rediscovery), but you can't see anything. robo Plankton is completely disabled, and if you die (6:42) the double cutscene restarts. It's possible to deal damage to the boss (12:24)
