Comfrey! Plant with caution, but enjoy the benefits!

Comfrey also known as “knit bone” is a gardeners friend, until it’s not! While this amazing plant has many medicinal properties for humans (with caution and always research before using) and amazing for plants as a tea or your compost to help break it down faster, it’s invasive and can reproduce fast and take over an area. So use with caution! We have used this plant in our garden as a chop and drop method, we’ve made salves for sprained ankles and we’ve done compost tea to help break down our compost bins faster!
