Pushkala Sangeet Kendra is a professionally managed organization dedicated to the promotion and development of performing arts - music and dance. Pushkala is being headed and managed by a group of highly experienced senior music teachers (Gurus), well-known artists - musicians and dance performers, professionals in the management of education and teaching.
Pushkala offers educational and training courses in music, dance and instruments. We also organize workshops and orientation program under our projects based on performing & creative arts, where we organize creative sessions, music therapy healing sessions, music and dance rehearsal and recording sessions.
Pushkala Sangeet Kendra was founded by Sneha Mukharjee - Kathak exponent and disciple of Pt Ram Babu Bhatt, the doyen of Kalka Bindadin Lucknow Gharana.
Pushkala is a dream come true project to initially keep alive and accessible the classical music & dance traditions. It is a performance space, sanctuary, and centre of education for traditional and indigenous performing art forms.
Pushkala Sangeet Kendra also provides events management services and other associated services for excellence in the performing arts.
