Then, in a separate bowl, mix a pinch of salt, 70g almond flour, 200g white flour, 1/4 table spoon baking powder. And add the dry ingredients to the first mass. Place the formed dough between 2 sheets of baking paper. We roll it into a layer 5 mm thick and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. After we cut the forms. We leave one part whole, the other with an additional cut-out and bake in a preheated oven at 180 '. They bake quickly, so keep an eye on the baking process so that they don't turn golden!

1 big size mango, peeled, diced and mashed in a blender to make a smooth puree! As a result, you need 1 cup of mango puree (240 g). Transfer the puree to a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 100 g of granulated sugar and 1 full table spoon of corn starch. Combine both masses and mix thoroughly. Add there also 2 table spoon lemon juice, a little vanilla and 50g butter. Put over medium heat (gas) and stir constantly until thickened. Then, after cooking, cool the mass in the refrigerator, and only after that you can proceed to the assembly.
I advise you to initially sprinkle the top of the cookies with powdered sugar, and then lay out the curd on the base and fix with this powdered cookie.
