This is my cover on the Commodore 64 Ocean Software tape/disk loaders music. This one is the first one originally composed by Martin Galway. Original gameplay footage is by Four X and the original video gameplay footage can be found here.    • Commodore 64 - The Ocean Loaders  

I decided to take a break from doing Rob Hubbard's music and did Martin Galway's Ocean Software tape/disk loading music, which, in fact, is actually one of Rob Hubbard's favourite Commodore 64 tunes. I used my newly bought InSIDious DAW plugin for my copy of FL Studio, which is probably why is sounds so close to the original. Even I can barely hear the difference between my cover and the original. As always, accuracy always comes first for anything I'm doing.

Trying to get the notes from my InSIDious DAW plugin to slide up and down was an absolute pain in the arse to do because FL Studio's sliding notes only work for their in-built plugins. I had to use another dedicated plugin for that and it was like playing a game of cat-and-mouse with the pitch of some of the parts, especially if the pitch from the original is tuned down a little bit from normal tuning.
