Conrail WPBS-02 - SW1001s, Industrial Switch & Freight Under Wire

Conrail Shared Assets Local WPBS-02 is a Monday-Friday local based out of Morrisville Yard in Fallsington, PA, operating via Amtrak's Northeast Corridor during the afternoon/evening time down to the Croydon/Bristol area to work various industries before making its return. Power for this run, like most other CSAO jobs in the area varies between NS and CSX Geeps, and up until early 2018, former Reading Company SW1001s would do their share of the work as well. The local works a couple warehouses as well as two DOW-owned plants in Bristol/Croydon, and tight curves, weeded-in trackage and even rails through a parking lot are part of the daily routine for them. This video is a compilation of all the BS-02 footage I have over the last two and a half years, from March of 2017 until the middle of August 2019, and includes some information on what these guys do.
