The 2019 fifth-edition Clio continues the best-selling hatch's outstanding legacy by taking the best features of previous generations and wrapping them with an all-new look, inspired directly by Renault Sport – the new R.S. Line label is born. Legacy, class, style and performance.

Drawing inspiration from both its predecessors and its F1 cousin, the all-new Clio R.S. Line combines elegance with drama and heritage with innovation to deliver a bold statement. Sporty lines flow from the exterior to interior and are reflected in the latest on-board technology. The future that recognises its past.

The Clio R.S. Line headlights, now all LED, are equipped with the C-Shape signature that embodies Renault cars. This signature look is also found on the rear lights, giving the Clio R.S. Line a distinguished and expressive look with a strong sense of depth, underscored by the diamond motif topping the light and adding an extra layer of elegance.

Multi-Sense technology tailors the driving experience to you. Acting on the engine mapping, steering, light ambiance and the configuration of the digital screen that replaces the dials, drivers can customise their car according to their mood, to benefit from several vehicles in one. The system incorporates two pre-programmed modes: Eco, to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and Sport, for more driving pleasure, agility and responsiveness.

The Renault Clio was Europe's second best-selling car overall, and this new generation promises to be better in every way that matters. The French have always been bold with their designs, and today, we will focus on a new product they offer, the 2020 Clio RS Line.
No detail was overlooked to optimise the driving experience behind the wheel of the New Clio. Starting with the steering, a gear ratio down from 15.2 to 14.4 makes steering easier to control and more responsive. It also provides more reliable feedback to the driver. Combined with increased axial stiffness at the front, the vehicle's lane position is more accurate. In addition, a reduction in the turning radius from 10.8 to 10.5 metres improves maneuverability in the city.



The overall chassis balance and rear axle guidance have been improved on the previous generation for greater stability when taking bends at high speed and a reduction in mass transfer. All of this means that the New Clio is both reactive and reliable. At the same time, optimised suspension travel means less bouncing around for passengers. Brake pedal travel has been reduced for improved vehicle response.

More elegant and dynamic from all angles, the All-new Clio inherits the sensual shapes of the previous generation. The new model gains in expressiveness while keeping its sleek profile. At the front, the hood incorporates ribs for a sculpted effect. The grille is bigger and the front bumper is more pronounced with a very expressive central air scoop that promotes good engine cooling. In terms of size, the All-new Clio is 14 mm shorter (length 4048mm, width 1798mm) but more spacious inside. The body has been lowered by up to 30 mm (height 1440mm) for better aerodynamics and extra athleticism. The 17-inch wheels (depending on the version) enhance the new model’s dynamic look. Details such as the shark fin antenna, the 100% LED lights, the flush tailgate and the chrome-plated side-window surrounds serve to modernize the exterior and improve perceived quality.
