I Made France COMPLETELY French in Victoria 3 - Victoria 3 1.7.5 Guide

So, cultural assimilation in Victoria 3 is kind of cringe and not that interesting, however I decided anyway to embark on a complete Frankification of France, getting rid of those pesky Occitans, Bretons, Walloons, Germans and so on.

In terms of this video, as a guide, France is already immensely powerful and can do whatever it wants basically, but this video will also give you a solid set of opening moves for making sure Britain can't overtake you, and containing Prussia.
