Today i am sharing a very healthy tasty PIZZA recipe......

This ragi pizza base is something that everyone prefers for the extra ounce of protein and fibre .
A secret way to give children something healthy .

Delicious with extra touch of goodness .

INGREDIENTS.........
ragi flour - 1 cup
corn flour - 1/2 cup
( corn flour is totally optional here )
wheat flour - 1/4 cup
( must add wheat flour to bind the dough well because only ragi flour will not bind like dough properly )
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
curd - 3 - 4 tbsp
ghee or butter - 1/2 tsp
warm water as required and make a soft dough
👉QUANTITY OF GHEE or BUTTER or CHEESE is AS PER YOUR CHOICE and HEALTH

For INSTANT pizza sauce..........
tomato ketchup - 4 - 5 tbsp
mixed herbs or oregano - 1 tbsp
chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
a pinch of salt
black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp

On the Ragi Pizza BASE ......
spread prepared pizza sauce
grated mozzarella cheese or any type of cheese available
use toppings (veggies) of your choice based on availability
again sprinkle grated cheese

Main ingredient mixed seeds that makes the pizza unique and super healthy 💯

Only sprinkle on the edges of the pizza base
