The past 67 days have genuinely shaped the rest of my life.

I’ve always been open-minded, positive, and passionate but I still have bad days. The difference now is how I handle them. I know how to manage those days, reduce their impact, and move on quickly. And when the next one comes, I’m better prepared to deal with it.

We all experience self-doubt at times. That inner voice questioning whether we’re good enough, capable enough, or ready enough. This post is about that voice and more importantly, showing you that there is a way to eradicate it.

Everything changed for me when I read 'The 67 Day Year' by Shannon Irvine. If you haven’t heard of it and you’re genuinely ready to transform your life, read it. She explains how limiting beliefs can be removed using neuroscience and it works.

I won’t spoil it, but if you’re trying to push past self doubt, or you don’t even realise the mental blockers holding you back, read this book and you’ll understand exactly what I mean.

The second book is Think and Grow Rich which needs no introduction. How we think directly shapes what we bring into our lives.

What I’m really saying is this: when we change the way we speak to ourselves, and when we consistently repeat our goals daily, we start building new neural pathways. And those pathways lead us toward confidence, clarity and success.
