In the final official week of our Couch to 5K programme, we head to Craigtoun Park near St Andrews, to take part in the 5km parkrun. The parkrun covers three laps of the park's main perimeter road, on a mix of asphalt and gravel. This video shows one lap and is intended to give runners visiting Craigtoun for the first time a foretaste of what they can expect.
Part of Jog Scotland, Get Fit Falkland is a community initiative by Recreational Running and aims to help ordinary members of the community undertake the extraordinary challenge of going from a 30-second jog to a 5K run in just 9 weeks.
