The PTA Disbands

Principal Skinner and the teachers are having a disagreement again leading to another teacher strike. Luckily they have a plan B, use super intelligent cyborgs as substitutes, but unfortunately they can't afford that so they use people from the neighborhood and that's music to Bart Simpson's ears.
