This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel transformation update taken on Monday, August 25, 2025. Today, I'm using my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera to put up over the construction wall along Las Vegas Blvd. We can see that they have secured the front tower crane to the Guitar Tower structure now that they have made it taller. I was able to catch them lifting one of the floor forms from one level to the next. I make my way heading south to check out the south facing side of the Guitar Tower. I was surprised to see that they are actually starting to install the steel framing for the guitar shape on this side of the building. It looks like they are starting to add the mounting points for the window framing all over this side. Crews are also working on the giant marque sign on the south east corner. You can see them removing the white finish off of it. I'm assuming they are going to use the existing structure and just refinish it.
