VANRAI ORGANIC VILLAGE & AGRO FARM is a project being developed in the Sahyadri mountain ranges. This allows our members to experience nature up close. The location of our project is where agriculture has not reached till date i.e. chemical fertilizers have not been used on these lands so far and hence this place is a perfect complement to generate income by organic farming.
VANRAI ORGANIC VILLAGE & AGRO FARM is the green of the forest and it has survived in this place as the name implies. As 30% of the total project area will not be used, we will be planting and cultivating many fruit trees, Ayurveda plants, Indian trees on this site (this will be a special attraction for nature lovers in Vanarai). Only Vanarai members will have access to this place and only they and their families will be able to enjoy the fruits here. Of the remaining 70% of the land, 20% will be used for internal roads. In the remaining 50% of the land, we will demolish plots of 1 acre or more and we will be very careful to ensure that our Vanarai family stays in good condition.

The project boasts of a terrain that is spread over 250 acres, and comprises of Forest hill slopes and flat grounds, with seasonal rivers and waterfalls adding to the beauty of the landscape that making living here a magical experience. During the monsoon season, due to the close proximity of a waterbody, the fog creates a mystical feeling of living in a hill station. The water body gives an opportunity for indulging in a variety of water-sports like boating & fishing.
The thick green vegetated forest hill slopes invite you for wonderful trekking expeditions within the safety of the city. Further after assessing its safety requirements and availability of trained personnel for adventure sports like para gliding, river rafting, zip line … etc. collaborations will be invited.
All this is can be enjoyed at a distance of just 70kms from Pune at a 2hrs drive, through some beautiful landscapes of green vegetation, dotted with local settlements along the roadside.
Since the city is being developed on a multi terrain platform a sizeable area will be rendered unusable, we at VANRAI ORGANIC VILLAGE & AGRO FARM would be converting such areas into nature reserves for preservation of local wild flora and fauna. Trekking and Cycling pathways will be built in them.
The organic farming in the fertile red soil is suitable to grow a variety of vegetables, crops, pulses, spices, fruits and other trees. This helps increase the ROI of the plot even if nothing is constructed on it. For instance, in a project if you purchased a plot from an investment point of view and you don’t wish to spend on constructing a house there immediately ... it lays vacant without generating any income, but here at VANRAI ORGANIC VILLAGE & AGRO FARM, we will use the land to grow fruit trees crops spices, we will be responsible to maintain these farms and share the net profit with you on a 50%(owner) 50%(Vanrai) ratio.
Later you can either choose to build a villa and move-in or sell the land back to VANRAI ORGANIC VILLAGE & AGRO FARM at prevailing market rate.
