2 καρότα, 1 κρεμμύδι ξερό, ½ πράσο, 1 κρεμμυδάκι φρέσκο, 3κσ ελαιόλαδο, 2 δαφνόφυλλα, 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο, μπαχάρι, πιπέρι

1 και 1/2 φλιτζάνι ζωμό του κρέατος (400ml)
250 γρ Μανιτάρια κομμένα σε φέτες
1 κουταλιά της σούπας κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο
70ml κρέμα γάλακτος 35%
1 κουταλιά της σούπας μουστάρδα
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αποξηραμένη ρίγανη
3 κουταλιές ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι, πιπέρι
