Heading into my 60's, my long term plan is to carry on working and within reason, stay fit and healthy and at some point, only a few year from now, to live and cruise the great canals of the United Kingdom.
Just for laughs this time and only a little bit insightful in this one, I couldn’t quite figure out the algorithm and consequently the last two ‘big upload’s’ floundered.
So, the Summer Sun 🌞 series of three vlogs, started strong and unfortunately, took significant falls in views in episode 2 and more significantly in episode 3.
Maybe we are at saturation point with canal based videos, or maybe it’s the style of which they’re produced. I don’t know.
One things for sure, liked, subscribed, shared, or simply a casual viewer of ‘the good bits’. I appreciate the viewership. Truthfully, I like producing these videos’, honest about the life, I ain’t into this for cheap clicks, there will be no ‘phoney thumbnails’ pleading for help because I’m feeling depressed or demotivated.
No, this is the gentle life, a decision made around 2010 and realised in 2015, we sold up, moved out and moved on to the water and haven’t looked back since.
On my channel you will only get the benefits, and a little history on what help shape the UK’s inland waterway’s today.
Thanks for taking the time to watch, time is precious and should not be wasted out of hand. If my videos help with those wishing to take up the life, then it’s a good job done.
My promise is honesty and transparency, what I am saying is, there will be no ‘putting people off the life’ here.
