A simple

Welcome friends to another watercolor tutorial! This one I've really tried to simplify and explain the whole painting process and in real time too. For this painting I'm using the hake brush because of the broad strokes, this I'd great to first of all cover the paper with colour and this will set the back ground for my painting. I then have 3 or 4 of my other brushes, a mop brush and a rigger with a couple othe round brushes. I'm using Fabriano 140lb cold pressed paper which I've taped to my board and on my box easle which I have a around a 45° angle.

The liner brush is perfect for trees and sticks and branches with just a quick flick upwards and also adding foliage with the hake, just roughing the bristles up to give interesting marks.
