This video is the continuation of my previous tutorial in which i showed you how to prepare.a very efficient esporulation media. Once you already have the media broth with spores it is very easy to count spores. I use the KOVA® Glasstic Slide 10 With Counting Grids as it is the simplest method, really no need of hemocytometer. With these slides you can count 10 samples at the time. It has a constant (90) which provides the number of spores/cells in your sample.
