अजिंक्य आणि त्यांचे भाऊ, हे दोघं पण सुशिक्षित होते आणि, शिक्षण, नोकरी आणि शहरी आयुष्यं या सगळ्यांपेक्षा जास्त आवड शेताची होती, शेती करायची ओढ होती. बाबा शेतकरी आहेत आणि त्यांच्या हिशोबाने शहरातून गावात वापस येणे, हि प्रगती नाही दुर्गती होती. दोघेही भावंडाना शेती करायची इच्छा असून वडिलांचा विरोध होता, तरीही ते सगळं सोडून गावि परतले आणि पहिले स्वतःचे शेत, व गावातील दुसऱ्या शेताच्या रोप राई समझून घेतल्या. त्यांनी फक्त ४ गाईन पासून सुरु केले. पहिल्या पीक मध्ये तोटा झाला. त्यांनी वेगळे वेगळे शेंदरी प्रयोग करून शेवटी त्या शेतांना चांगले पीक आणले. आज त्यांच्या शेतात उगवलेला माल Export होतो आणि त्यांच्याशी खूप सारे गिराहीक जुळले आहे. त्यांची स्वतःची कंपनी आहे "टु ब्रदर्स ऑरगॅनिक फार्म्स" नावाची, ज्याचे कोटींचे उत्पन्न आहे. एक शेतकऱ्याचे मुलं असून, शेतातच व्यवसाय करणारे हे २ भाऊ आपली पुढे अत्यंत सुंदर उदाहरण मांडतात. त्यांचा हा प्रोत्साहनक प्रवास ते आपल्याला या विडिओ मध्ये सांगत आहे तर हा जोश talk नक्की बघा.
Ajinkya and his brother both were very well educated and working in corporate firms. Their father is a farmer and they both had interest in farming but their dad wasn’t convinced with the idea of them both joining him with farming. There are various reasons to it. First of all, farming isn’t very profitable and also he thought that his sons should make the best use of their education instead of coming back to village. The brothers were very strong on their stand to come back to the farms and becoming Entrepreneurs, so they started of merely with 4 cows and today they have their company called “Two brothers organic farms.” The company is worth crores and have also received various awards and accolades.
