Addressing the Embassy staff, Garcetti underlined President Biden’s mission to work together with India. Envoy Garcetti also exuded his excitement to work with India. Eric Garcetti arrived in India on April 12 to fill up position left vacant for two years after Kenneth Juster completed his tenure in 2021. He was sworn in by US Vice President Kamala Harris as the new US Ambassador to India.
