140g Unsalted butter
100g Granulated sugar
110g Light brown sugar
1tsp Vanilla
3 eggs
170g golden syrup
280g plain flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Bic of soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp all spice
180g buttermilk

Bake at 160-180 degrees for 30-40 mins!
