The Saranam project is an excellent example of how repurposing existing structures can drive sustainable efforts while creating positive tangible impact for families in need.

Saranam’s mission is to empower families to end their homelessness and poverty through housing, education, and supportive communities. This is an amazing way to empower those in need and those seeking to help others to build a sustainable path to improving quality of life through engagement and empathy.

Our team is working with Saranam to repurpose Albuquerque Public Schools portable classroom buildings into fully furnished townhomes for underserved families. All buildings are energy efficient and will utilize solar panels, spray foam insulation, and all electric mini split HVAC will be certified under Build Green New Mexico.
