At £12 this quad is a bargain and in mode 1 flies delightfully smooth even with the tiny button sticks on the micro transmitter it lives inside. Mode 2 has more cyclic rates and yaw but going past around 10-15% yaw deflection tuns it into a spinning disco hurricane and tests your orientation skills on exit.
The cyclic has a soft flow from level to tilting forward and the same when adding roll to your pitch for coordinated turns along with suitably fine throttle resolution that makes a perfect blend of stability and agility in my eyes and very pleasurable to fly with good precision too. Of course this is in a zero wind scenario outside or inside only. Even light wind will make this thing tough to fly as pitch and torque are still fairly limited.
It comes with a USB charger, non removable battery and spare props. You can make the lights flash or just be constant with upwards throttle trim and I really like how compact it is and how well protected the hex is inside the TX.
