Keto Almond Dosa
Ingredients
Almond flour - 1 cup
Coconut flour - 3 tb spoon
Cheddar cheese - 3 tb spoon (optional)
Egg - 3 no
Baking soda - 1/2 t spoon
Salt to taste
Transfer the ingredients to a mixer jar and grind it into a dosa batter
Add water & salt as required
Heat a pan and add little ghee/oil
Pour the batter in the center of the pan & spread it evenly
Let it cook for a minute $ add ghee towards the edges
Flip it and cook the other side
Crispy almond dosa is ready, transfer it to a plate
Make dosa with the remaining batter in the same way
Serve it hot with coconut/tomato chutney
