I loved my trip to speak at TA Tech in Paris last year. This short throwback captures the moments that stayed with me. But behind these scenes are the countless hours of dedication and hard work it took to reach a place where event organisers call me to speak on global stages.

What’s not shown? The unexpected changes, like switching hotels halfway through because, well, life rarely goes as planned. The moments I had to sacrifice, miss an incredible experience because I chose to stay back and put my clients first. I will give myself all the technological advantaged possible but I would never sacrifice my integrity.

Recruitment has given me so much, and AI-powered automation allows me to scale my success while still living a full life. But like everything, it’s a balance. It's a constant give and take. And maybe that’s what makes the wins so much sweeter.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that success isn’t about working harder, it’s about working smarter. You don’t have to choose between success and freedom, you can have both. And as long as you know when to push and when to pause, when to grind and when to enjoy the rewards, you can sustain it.
