In round 7 of the Western Hare Scrambles series, Pure Adrenaline team riders Jack Anderson #84 and Mason Ottersberg #35 battle to gain series points. With it having rained for the past couple days leading up to the race, many track changes took place to ensure the safety of the riders. Day of the race we were blessed with no rain but overcast skies. The track was narrow and muddy. Consisting of many puddles and deep ruts throughout the course. Having starting the race with a late start and pushing past competitors, both team riders pushed to get to the front. Jack had gotten up to 6th when he lost control of his rear breaks creating difficulty to maintain a flow through the rest of the race. He pushed through and finished in 10th place. Mason having issues with his goggles took on the race with bare eyes having to endure mud and sand taking over his vision, he was able to secure 4th place and keep the lead in the overall series.
