This is from Dark N' Cold's "UK Hip Hop Untapped Vol. 1" VHS/DVD, released in 2001 and featuring a bunch of the best Hip-Hop artists doing their thing in the early 2000s.

Here is a session featuring some crews from East London, including Melanin Heights, Breakaway Republic, and 12 Stone Productions. The emcees are Bronz (from Bronz N' Blak), and the mighty 12 Stone Productions. The main group consisted of G Lansunn, Cuba, Kobayashi, and Kulture Kartel, who released this classic:

They released another project titled Internal Network in 2003 which I'm still trying to find a copy of nearly 20 years later.
