The Ocho Fuzz from AS Pedals is a fresh take on the Prescription Electronics Experience pedal which gives you thick fuzz, oct up and swell effects! Like the original, the circuit is actually based on the Foxx Tone Machine which isn’t quite as picky when it comes to dialing in ringing octaves. The octave is footswitchable and is very interactive with the Tone since it sets the cutoff frequency and the gain adjust the attack. There’s a wide range just with the fuzz and oct, from fat fuzz foundation to ring mod clang and doom!
The Swell is engaged when you have the octave on and the bloom can be controlled with your dynamics but the Tone also plays a role in fine tuning the attack time/Sensitivity.
