大家好，端午节快乐! (Speaking in Cantonese: Hi guys, happy Dragon Boat Festival, this is Dong Dong.)
Traditionally we would make sticky rice dumplings, aka Joong in Cantonese or Zongzi in mandarin. Joong-making requires a long process and effort.
This year I wanted to try something different. Today I am going to use mango and coconut milk to make an easy, refreshing one. Try this at home if you like this recipe. Don’t forget to like this video, share, and subscribe to my channel for more delicious recipes. Thank you!

This recipe makes 4 triangle shape zongzi/rice ball
Ingredients

For the rice:
1 cup of sticky rice
½ cup hot water
½ cup coconut milk
A pinch of salt
¼ tsp of sugar

For the mango filling:
1-2 mango diced
½ tsp sugar (adjust according to mango’s sweetness and your taste)

1-2個芒果丁
