What products does it handle?
This pallet changer is able to operate without tilting or rotating the product. Please find below some examples of products that this pallet changer is able to handle: boxes, vials, containers, bowls, bottles, packages, big bags, big boxes, barrels, paper barrels, buckets, cans, reels, large cartons, paper rolls, plywood etc.

It is a mobile pallet changer capable of handling fragile products, which cannot be turned or tilted with a maximum weight of 1500 kg.
During the pallet change operation, the product is pressed and lifted in total safety. The pressure applied to the load is very delicate thanks to the possibility of direct adjustment by a pressure gauge or a pressure selector preset on four positions.

Safety
All Toppy equipment are equipped with safety systems in order to prevent accidents at work, with particular attention to GMP standards to ensure the appropriate quality standards.

In the specific case of mobile pallet changers, they are supplied with safety systems of braking systems for handling the trolley. In addition, an emergency button is installed which is activated to immediately stop the operation carried out at that moment. In addition, we provide optional side nets necessary, in extraordinary cases, for the product to fall during the overturning or rotation operation.

How does it operates with fragile products?

What’s the difference between “mobile” and “stationary” pallet?

The stationary pallet changers partially compensate the use of the transpallet as it allows the transport of the loads inside the dispenser.
