Konstnärssamtal med Zvi Goldstein/Artist talk with Zvi Goldstein

I ett samtal med Moderna Museet Malmös chef och utställningens curator Iris Müller-Westermann fördjupas bilden av Zvi Goldsteins konstnärskap.
Med avstamp i den pågående utställningen Vindar från Jeriko tar konstnären oss med på en resa genom 1960- och 70-talets italienska konstscen och vidare ut i världen. Hans sökande efter ”det andra” har lett honom till världens mest avlägsna platser och kulturer. Vi får även en djupare inblick i verk såsom Reconstructed Memories och From My Archive samt en fascinerande inblick i hur hans Metodologi skapades.

In a conversation with the director of Moderna Museet Malmö and curator Iris Müller-Westermann, the image of Zvi Goldstein's art deepens.
Based on the ongoing exhibition Winds from Jericho, the artist takes us on a journey through the Italian art scene of the 1960s and 70s and further out into the world. His search for "the other" has led him to the most remote places and cultures in the world. We also get a deeper insight into works such as Reconstructed Memories and From My Archive as well as a fascinating insight into how his Methodology was created.
