aho hari! kab laun rahihaun doori
(O Lord! How much longer will you stay away from me?)

kabai nirakhi haun nav-jaladhar-tanu, ina nainan bharpuri
(When will I be able to witness, to my heart's content, the beauty of your divine body which is like a new rain-bearing cloud)

yadapi kalap kalapantar hi son, keenyo patak bhuri
(Even though I admit, that I have spent countless ages committing sins,)

tadapi nath! yaha hiya prateeti tum, mere jeevan muri
(Nevertheless, I believe from the bottom of my heart, that you are the treasure of my life!)

kabai surati karihaun hamarihun, jaani das pag dhuri
(When will you remember me, considering me to be the foot-dust of your devotees?)

kyon 'kripalu' ab laun nahi aye? ka hiya rahe bisuri
(Shri Kripalu Prabhu says "O Lord! Why have you not come to me as yet? Is it that you have completely forgotten me?")
