Officers with Florida Fish and Wildlife were on patrol when they made contact with a vessel to conduct a resource inspection.

In the end, both individuals were charged with two counts of harvesting or possessing more than 5 mangrove snapper and two counts of possessing mangrove snapper less than 10”. Fred pled no contest and Larry pled guilty. Their adjudication was withheld and they were each ordered to pay $742 in costs and fees which they promptly paid.
